The Chef's Book
Proclaimed ‘Chef of the Year 2023’ by Gault & Millau and ambassador for Alsace grandeur nature in Kaysersberg, Olivier Nasti affirms his passion for hunting and game cooking in this book, which won the Prix Publicis Drugstore in 2025.
