Every Thursday, the Winstub invites you to a Baeckeoffe (or backaoffa) evening . Savour this typical Alsatian dish in an extremely welcoming atmosphere. In an Alsatian terrine that has been cooked slowly in the oven, three types of meat (lamb, pork, beef) with spices and white wine, all served with vegetables and potatoes.
A dish to share with family or friends accompanied by a glass of Riesling, for example.
