Wine is a strong element in a region’s definition. The typical nature of the wines of Alsace, which can be enjoyed on all occasions, is obviously a guiding force in the Chef’s work in the kitchen.
Thus, Olivier and Patricia Nasti have joined forces with the talented Sommelier Jean-Baptiste Klein to develop a refined, coherent and varied selection of wines from the region, as well as a clear interest in natural and biodynamic wines. Best Young Sommelier from France in 2011, Young Sommelier 2016 by Gault et Milau, Jean-Baptiste Klein have just win the distinction of the Best Worker from France in Sommelerie 2018 and Best Sommelier of the year 2019. Jean-Baptiste Klein is a key person at Le Chambard, guiding guests in their pairing of dishes and wines to create emotion at each meal as well as delicious memories.
