We have prepared this guide to introduce you to the various services and attentions we have designed for your stay.

HOTEL

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

To help you plan your stay as smoothly as possible, please take note of our schedule : 

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM

OUR BREAKFAST

Our breakfast is served at La Winstub, from 7:30 am to 10:00 am, at €45 per person.

You can enjoy bread from our Levain bakery, made with natural sourdough, as well as homemade pastries, including the famous sourdough kougelhopf, the emblem of our establishment.
You’ll also find on our breakfast buffet: chouquettes, flans, crumbles, panna cotta verrines with seasonal fruits...
Also featured alongside local products such as Christine Ferber jam.

For even more convenience, we offer room service from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Breakfast can be reserved until 8:00 PM the night before.

OUR SPA

Our wellness area welcomes you every day from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Spanning over 200 m², discover a universe of relaxation and well-being, designed to offer you serenity and rejuvenation.

Wellness area facilities:
Infinity pool, whirlpool bath, sauna & hammam, as well as a herbal tea room.
Discover exclusive, innovative and caring treatments with practitioner Camille Becht.

NIGHT ACCESS

Between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, access to the establishment is through the night entrance, on the Tower side.

We invite you to take your room key card with you, which will allow you to open this private entrance independently.

PARKING AND CHARGING STATION

Our House has a secure private parking lot, exclusively reserved for hotel guests.

For our guests travelling with an electric vehicle, charging stations are available in our car park, upon request at the reception desk. A flat fee of €35 applies for the entire stay, including assistance from our team for the set-up.

OLIVIER NASTI'S RESTAURANT

A gourmet restaurant with two Michelin stars and a 19/20 rating and 5 toques in Gault & Millau, led by Chef Olivier Nasti, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

A true ode to nature, the Chef’s cuisine explores local ingredients with finesse, modernity, and dedication. 
Guided by the bounty of local producers and inspired by the seasons, Olivier Nasti offers a sensitive and daring signature cuisine, notably featuring game, the Chef’s true specialty.

Lunch service: Friday through Sunday, 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
Dinner service: Wednesday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

LA WINSTUB

La Winstub du Chambard : Charming, rustic, and authentic,
The Chef Olivier Nasti pays homage to the local terroir through dishes that are emblematic of the region.
The daily specials board changes every day, depending on the seasons and market availability.

Lunch service: daily from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
Dinner service: daily from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

A haven for food lovers, featuring our house pastries as well as a selection of savory snacks.

LE MARIUS BAR

A tribute to Marius Chambard, the decor blends wood, velvet, and soft lighting, inspired by Chef Olivier Nasti’s passion for hunting. 
Designed as a cabinet of curiosities, enhanced by a selection of exceptional wines and spirits, curated by Jean-Baptiste Klein, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Gault & Millau’s Sommelier of the Year 2024.

The Marius Bar welcomes you daily from 10 AM to 11 PM

LAUNDRY SERVICE

For your convenience, we offer a laundry service during your stay. Items dropped off by 10 a.m. will be returned to you the same day.

AMENITY PRODUCTS AND ECO-FRIENDLY INITIATIVES

As part of our commitment to a more sustainable hospitality industry, we have decided not to automatically place individual amenity kits in guest rooms.

Essentials (toothbrush sets, shaving kits, combs, shower caps, etc.) remain available free of charge upon request at the front desk.

This initiative aims to limit waste and reduce the use of single-use plastic, while continuing to attentively meet your needs.
Additionally, please note that all items provided in your room (hangers, hair dryers, throws, decorative accessories, etc.) are the property of the hotel.

Any items missing or taken at the end of your stay will be charged, in accordance with our equipment management policy.

Levain Bakery is a gourmet destination that embodies Chef Olivier Nasti’s commitment to constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity, the pursuit of great flavors, and the excellence and quality of his products. 

Breads with the authentic flavors of yesteryear, made with sourdough and stone-ground flour, crafted with precise and meticulous techniques, such as hand-kneading.
